Substitution Policy
 
At times, the product photo may showcase a particular style or mood and feature a unique vase or container that cannot be duplicated exactly. While the bouquet you receive may differ slightly from the image, its overall character and aesthetic will remain consistent. Substitutions of flowers or containers may be necessary due to weather conditions, seasonal availability, or market fluctuations. When substitutions are required, we carefully maintain the arrangement’s style, theme, and color palette, and we only replace items with products of equal or greater value.
